Returns Policy

DOSE (Designer Op Shop Emporium) will happily provide an exchange or store credit (only within the particular vendor the item was purchased from) for change of mind within 14 days and with your proof of purchase receipt from DOSE.

DOSE will also gladly accept a product return (for a full refund) if deemed faulty, within 14 days and with your proof of purchase, items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased with tags attached. If returning an item via post, shipping will not be refunded.

DOSE does not provide exchange or returns on sale items.
